Christopher Paul Stelling releases 'Itinerant Arias' on Friday; tour kicking off on Saturday
01-05-2017Music site Twangville.com has just released a video of Christopher Paul Stelling's new single The Cost Of Doing Business that features him and his new band - Julia Christgau singing and doing percussion, Kieran Ledwidge on violin and Matthew Murphy on bass, delivering an impassioned performance within the church like confines of Echo Mountain Studios in Asheville, NC.
With a steady drum beat, The Cost Of Doing Business finds Stelling's melodic guitar picking augmented by splashes of strings and some backing vocals to create something that feels both observational and intensely personal. The song is off of his forthcoming album Itinerant Arias which will be out on May 5th through Anti- Records.
Christopher Paul Stelling is very excited to hit the road again, doing what he has for years now, playing music, and moving, documenting the all struggles and victories of the world he passes through. The tour kicks off May 6th in Europe.. and he's taking his band along for the ride too!
