The Stilettos are about to officially release their new record “STIMULUSBLACKBOXRESPONSE” on Tocado Records. On Saturday the 24th of March this will happen in dB’s in Utrecht. Damage is 7 euros and it kicks off at nine-hundred hours. Also on the bill are 69 Charger, Southern Voodoo and Low Point Drains.
The legendary Ron Splinter, guitar player, songwriter and co-leader with Wally Tax of the monumental Outsiders, is back doing what he does best; playing thunderous rhythm and solo guitar in his unique way and writing songs. Singer-songwriter Jerry Turner, who played in famous local bands is part of it too. Together they turn out one catchy rock song after another. They recruited the wonderful Jim Pacobs on organ plus Fat Pete and Ruud van Meerlant, one of the most powerful rhythm sections around.
The month July and August will be two months of touring for Marky Ramone. Accompanied by The Queers they will play various festival and venues all across Europe.
